The invention discloses a novel magneto-rheological damper and a vehicle suspension system damping control method. The novel magneto-rheological damper comprises a piston barrel, a piston head, a piston rod and magneto-rheological fluid. The piston head is arranged in the piston barrel and comprises a piston outer shell and a piston inner core, a main flow channel is formed between the piston inner core and the piston outer shell, the piston inner core comprises a main flow channel structure and a bypass channel structure, the main flow channel structure comprises a first magnetic core, a first magnet exciting coil, a sinusoidal magnetic pole and a sinusoidal magnetism isolating ring, the bypass channel structure is arranged at the top of the first magnetic core and comprises a second magnetic core, a second magnet exciting coil and a bypass hole, the piston rod is arranged at the top of the piston head, and the magneto-rheological fluid is arranged in the piston barrel. The circulation sectional area of the main flow channel is controlled through the sinusoidal magnetic pole, then the damping coefficient of the damper is controlled, and the position of a damper slope abrupt change point is controlled through the opening and closing action of the piston head added with the bypass hole.

    本发明公开了一种新型磁流变阻尼器及车辆悬架系统阻尼控制方法,包括活塞筒、活塞头、活塞杆和磁流变液,活塞头设在活塞筒内,活塞头包括活塞外壳和活塞内芯,活塞内芯和活塞外壳间设有主流道,活塞内芯包括主流道结构和旁通道结构,主流道结构包括第一磁芯、第一励磁线圈、正弦状磁极和正弦状隔磁环,旁通道结构设在第一磁芯顶部,旁通道结构包括第二磁芯、第二励磁线圈和旁通孔,活塞杆设在活塞头顶部,磁流变液设在活塞筒中,利用正弦磁极控制主流道的流通截面积,进而控制阻尼器的阻尼系数,通过活塞头附加旁通孔的开关作用控制阻尼器斜率突变点的位置。
