The invention discloses a wall-climbing robot for laying bridge fiber grating sensors and a laying method of the wall-climbing robot. The wall-climbing robot comprises a cable laying unit, a glue spraying unit, a walking unit, a negative pressure adsorption unit and a control unit. The negative-pressure adsorption unit comprises a negative-pressure vacuum shell and a negative-pressure fan in the negative-pressure vacuum shell, a walking unit is arranged in the negative-pressure vacuum shell, and a controller in the control unit controls the negative-pressure fan to exhaust air in the negative-pressure vacuum shell to form negative pressure and controls a driving motor to operate to drive walking wheels at the same time, so that adsorption walking is achieved; the cable laying unit comprises a cable guide frame and a mechanical arm arranged at the tail end of the cable guide frame; the glue spraying unit comprises a glue bottle, a glue nozzle and a remote control motor; the controller controls the remote control motor to operate to drive the glue nozzle to spray out the glue in the glue bottle, and controls the mechanical arm to fix the optical fiber to be laid to the position to be laid. Optical fibers can be laid on the surface of a bridge, glue spraying, cable laying and pasting work can be completed at a time, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种布设桥梁光纤光栅传感器的爬壁机器人及其布设方法,该爬壁机器人包括布缆单元、胶水喷涂单元、行走单元、负压吸附单元和控制单元;负压吸附单元包括负压真空壳体及其内部的负压风扇,负压真空壳体内部设置行走单元,控制单元中的控制器控制负压风扇将负压真空壳体内部的空气排出而形成负压,同时控制驱动电机运行来驱动行走轮,以此实现吸附行走;布缆单元包括导缆架及其末端设置的机械臂,胶水喷涂单元包括胶瓶、胶水喷头和遥控电机;该控制器控制遥控电机运行来驱动胶水喷头喷出胶瓶中的胶水,并控制机械臂将待布设光纤固定至待布设位置。本发明能够实现在桥梁表面布设光纤,一次性完成喷胶、布缆、粘贴工作,提高工作效率。
