The invention discloses a high-strength light-weight vehicle body structure adopting a novel process. The front end of a vehicle body side part structure is connected with a vehicle body front part structure, and the rear part of the vehicle body side part structure is connected with a vehicle body rear part structure; the vehicle body front structure comprises a front wall, a front bumper lower cross beam, a left front stand column, a front top assembly and a right front stand column, the front wall is located on the lower portion of the vehicle body front structure, the front bumper lower cross beam is located below a vehicle window of the vehicle body front structure, and the left front stand column is located on the left side of the vehicle window of the vehicle body front structure. The right front stand column is located on the right side of a car window of the car body front structure. The front top assembly is located on the top of the car window of the car body front structure. The left front stand column and the right front stand column are machined through a cold-roll steel plate paint pressing forming technology. A cold-roll steel plate paint pressing forming process is adopted for the left and right stand columns of the automobile body front and rear baffles to replace a traditional process, stress residues are reduced, the yield point of materials is improved, and then the automobile body strength is improved.

    本发明公开了一种采用新型工艺的高强度轻量化车身结构,车身侧部结构的前端和车身前部结构相连,车身侧部机构的后部和车身后部结构相连;所述车身前部结构包括前围、前档下横梁、左前立柱、前顶总成和右前立柱,所述前围位于车身前部结构的下部,前档下横梁位于车身前部结构的车窗的下方,左前立柱位于车身前部结构的车窗的左侧,右前立柱位于车身前部结构的车窗的右侧,前顶总成位于车身前部结构的车窗的顶部;左前立柱和右前立柱采用冷轧钢板漆压成型技术加工。本发明车身前后档左右立柱处采用冷轧钢板漆压成型工艺来代替传统工艺,减少应力残留,提升材料的屈服点,进而提高车身强度。
