The invention discloses a high-strength light-weight crankset structure, which comprises a first crankset and a second crankset which are coaxially fixed at one end of a crank, and is characterized in that the first crankset is provided with an annular disc body, and a plurality of convex tongues which extend inwards and are connected with the crank are arranged on the inner side of the disc body. The crankset and the crank are designed to be of a four-claw structure, the BCD value of the bolt distribution diameter is set to be 120/80-90 mm, and the overall structure is light while the strength is met.

    本发明公开了高强度轻量牙盘结构,包括同轴固定在曲柄一端的第一牙盘和第二牙盘,其特征在于,所述第一牙盘具有呈圆环状的盘体,在所述盘体的内侧设置有向内伸出用于与所述曲柄连接的若干凸舌。通过将牙盘和曲柄设计为四爪结构,且将螺栓分布直径BCD值设置为120/80‑90mm,在满足强度的同时实现整体结构轻量化。
