The invention discloses a traction system circuit and a power supply mode switching method thereof, and the circuit comprises a high-voltage box which comprises a KMM contactor; one end of the traction converter module is connected with the KMM contactor, the traction converter module comprises a DC/DC chopping module and an inverter module, and the DC/DC chopping module is integrated to the inverter module; the TCU traction controller is respectively connected with the traction converter module and the high-voltage box, and the TCU traction controller detects data of the high-voltage box and data of the traction converter module and adjusts the state of the KMM contactor according to the data of the high-voltage box and the data of the traction converter module; the vehicle-mounted energy storage module is connected with the DC/DC chopping module; and after the TCU traction controller judges whether the traction converter module data and the high-voltage box data cross a zero point or not according to a double-closed-loop control algorithm based on the target current and the ramp function, the KMM contactor is controlled to be closed or opened to change the power supply mode of the vehicle.

    本申请公开了一种牵引系统电路及其供电模式切换方法,牵引系统电路包括:高压箱,高压箱包括KMM接触器;牵引变流器模块,牵引变流器模块一端与KMM接触器连接,牵引变流器模块包括DC/DC斩波模块及逆变器模块,DC/DC斩波模块集成到逆变器模块;TCU牵引控制器,TCU牵引控制器分别与牵引变流器模块、高压箱连接,TCU牵引控制器检测高压箱数据及牵引变流器模块数据,根据高压箱数据及牵引变流器模块数据调整KMM接触器状态;车载储能模块,车载储能模块与DC/DC斩波模块连接;TCU牵引控制器根据基于目标电流和斜坡函数的双闭环控制算法判断牵引变流器模块数据与高压箱数据是否过零点后,控制KMM接触器闭合或打开来改变车辆供电模式。
