The invention relates to a direct-supply traction power supply system. The direct-supply traction power supply system comprises a traction substation, a section post and a parallel switching station arranged between the traction substation and the section post, and the uplink and the downlink of the parallel switching station are respectively and independently electrically connected with the incoming and outgoing lines through the corresponding switching elements. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the uplink and the downlink are separately protected, so the fault power failure range is reduced, and the traction reliability is improved.
