The invention discloses a new method for predicting remaining parking spaces, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent parking. Comprising the following steps: decomposing parking original data into a plurality of IMFs with different frequencies by using a CEEMDAN decomposition algorithm, and decomposing fluctuation characteristics and trends with different scales from the original data step by step to eliminate noise; pCA dimension reduction processing is carried out on the decomposed data, abstract advanced features are extracted, and correlation and redundancy of different time sequences after CEEMDAN decomposition are eliminated; and deep learning prediction is carried out by adopting a GRU neural network. According to the method, thoughts of three disciplines of signal processing, statistics and deep learning are integrated, primary decomposition of original parking data is carried out based on CEEMDAN, noise reduction and feature reconstruction are carried out on a decomposition sequence by utilizing principal component analysis, key principal components are selected according to an accumulated variance contribution rate, feature dimensions are reduced, and redundant fluctuation information is removed. And finally, inputting the dimensionality-reduced features and the original data into a GRU network for nonlinear modeling, and outputting a prediction result by using the long-term memory of the GRU.

    本发明公开了一种新的预测剩余停车位的方法,属于智慧停车技术领域。包括以下步骤:利用CEEMDAN分解算法将停车原始数据分解为多个不同频率的IMF,不同尺度的波动特征与趋势从原始数据被逐级分解出来以消除噪声;对分解后的数据进行PCA降维处理,提取抽象高级特征,消除由CEEMDAN分解后不同时间序列的相关性和冗余性;采用GRU神经网络深度学习预测。本发明融入了信号处理、统计、深度学习三个学科的思想,基于CEEMDAN对停车原始数据的初步分解,利用主成分分析对分解序列进行降噪和特征重构,根据累计方差贡献率选择关键主成分,减少特征维数,去除冗余波动信息。最后将降维后的特征与原始数据输入GRU网络进行非线性建模,利用GRU的长期记忆力输出预测结果。
