A method for predicting the vacancy rate of parking spaces comprises the steps that each workday is divided into T1-T44 time nodes, and each holiday is divided into T5-T62 time nodes to obtain data in parking spaces, wherein Z0 is the number Z0 of occupied parking spaces, J0 is the number of automobiles newly parked in the parking spaces in a period of time nodes, and C0 is the number of automobiles driving away from the parking space in a period of time node; the parking space vacancy rate R0 in the period of time node is obtained, then n times of circulation is carried out, the average parking space vacancy rate in T1 is obtained, and the like, and when n is large enough, the average parking space vacancy rate in T1-T6 can be infinitely close to the actual parking space vacancy rate, the parking space vacancy rate in each workday T1-T4 or holiday T5-T6 can be predicted, and in practical application, a tenant only needs to select a parking lot with a high parking space vacancy rate for parking during parking, so that the time for an owner to find a parking space can be shortened.

    一种预测车位空闲率的方法,包括:将每个工作日时分为T1‑T44个时间节点、每个节假日分为T5‑T62个时间节点来获取停车内的数据,其中Z0为已占用车位数量Z0,J0为在一段时间节点内新停入停车位的汽车数量,C0为在一段时间节点内驶离停车位的汽车数量,得到该段时间节点内的停车位空闲率R0,然后进行n次循环,得到T1内的平均停车位空闲率依次类推即可得到和当n足够大时,T1‑T6内的平均停车位空闲率就能无限接近实际的停车位空闲率,即可实现预测每个工作日T1‑T4或节假日T5‑T6内的停车位空闲率,在实际应用中,租户只需要在停车时,选择停车位空闲率高的停车场进行停车,就可缩短业主寻找车位的时间。
