The single-blade variable-pitch mechanism comprises a main beam, two or more variable-pitch units are arranged on the main beam, each variable-pitch unit comprises an arc-shaped fixed beam fixedly connected with the main beam and an arc-shaped rotating beam rotationally connected with the arc-shaped fixed beam, and the arc-shaped fixed beam is fixedly connected with the main beam. The arc-shaped rotating beam takes the central axis of the arc-shaped fixed beam as a rotating central axis, and meanwhile, the arc-shaped rotating beam is also connected with a rotating driving mechanism for driving the arc-shaped rotating beam to rotate; and a clamping device is arranged on the arc-shaped rotating beam. The rotating central axis of the arc-shaped rotating beam coincides with the central axis of the arc-shaped fixed beam, and when the variable-pitch mechanism acts, the arc-shaped rotating beam, the clamping device and the blade jointly rotate around the rotating central axis relative to the main beam, so that the variable-pitch shaft of the lifting appliance coincides with the variable-pitch shaft of the blade, namely, the variable pitch of the lifting appliance is the variable-pitch shaft of the blade; and the blades do not bear additional external force in the pitch changing process, and the risk in the hoisting operation process is obviously reduced.

    本发明公开了一种单叶片变桨机构及具有单叶片变桨机构的吊具,单叶片变桨机构包括主梁,主梁上排布设有两个或两个以上的变桨单元,变桨单元包括与主梁固定连接的弧形固定梁,以及与弧形固定梁旋转连接的弧形旋转梁,弧形旋转梁以弧形固定梁的中心轴线为旋转中心轴,同时弧形旋转梁还连接有驱动其旋转的旋转驱动机构;弧形旋转梁上设有夹持装置。本发明中弧形旋转梁的旋转中心轴和弧形固定梁的中心轴线重合,变桨机构在动作时,弧形旋转梁、夹持装置和叶片共同绕旋转中心轴相对于主梁旋转,使得吊具的变桨轴与叶片的变桨轴重合,即吊具的变桨即是叶片的变桨轴,使得变桨过程中叶片不再承受附加外力,明显降低吊装作业过程的风险。
