The invention provides a tower crane perpendicularity measuring device which comprises an active monitoring unit arranged on a tower crane, the tower crane comprises a plurality of standard knots arranged in the height direction, the standard knots are arranged in a climbing sleeve frame in a penetrating mode, a swing arm is rotatably arranged at the top of the climbing sleeve frame, and the active monitoring unit comprises an upper fixing frame. The upper fixing frame is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the climbing sleeve frame, the upper fixing frame is connected with the lower fixing frame through the vertical support, the lower fixing frame is slidably connected with the standard knot through the sliding frame, the vertical support can rotate along the central axis of the upper fixing frame, and a prism is arranged on the vertical support and used for monitoring the vertical state of the tower crane. The device is ingenious in design, the perpendicularity monitoring range of the tower crane can be greatly widened, operation is convenient and fast, and safety of the tower crane and high efficiency of construction are guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种塔吊垂直度测量装置,包括设置在塔吊上的主动监测单元,塔吊包括沿高度方向设置的多个标准节,标准节贯穿设置在爬升套架内,爬升套架的顶部可转动的设有摆臂,主动监测单元包括上固定架,上固定架固设在爬升套架的底部,上固定架通过竖向撑和下固定架连接,下固定架通过滑动架和标准节滑动连接,竖向撑可沿上固定架的中心轴线转动,竖向撑上设有棱镜,棱镜用于监测塔吊的垂直状态。本发明设计巧妙,能大幅度提高塔吊的垂直度监测的范围,操作便捷,保证了塔吊的安全和施工的高效。
