The invention discloses a method and system for observing the perpendicularity of a tower crane, and the method comprises the steps: arranging a plurality of laser range finder installation points on a jacking operation platform of the tower crane, and installing laser range finders; ground scales are respectively arranged on the top surface of the tower crane foundation or the outdoor ground of the first floor corresponding to the positions of the laser range finders; during observation, a large arm or a counterweight end of the tower crane is operated to move to a position right above a certain laser range finder mounting point, so that the orientation of the large arm or the counterweight end and the observation direction form a 90-degree angle, and a tower crane inspector starts the laser range finder at the laser range finder mounting point of a jacking operation platform of the tower crane and enables a light spot to be projected on a ground scale; and recording data by ground personnel according to the light spots, simultaneously acquiring the vertical distance measured by the laser range finder, and dividing the difference value between the reading of the ground scale and the standard value by the vertical distance to obtain the verticality deviation value of the tower crane. According to the invention, the verticality of the tower crane can be observed at any time and early warning information can be given in time.

    本发明公开了一种塔式起重机垂直度观测方法及系统,观测方法为:在塔式起重机顶升操作平台上布设若干激光测距仪安置点并安装激光测距仪,在塔式起重机基础顶面或首层室外地面与各激光测距仪安置点对应位置处分别设置地面标尺;观测时,操作塔式起重机大臂或配重端移动至某一激光测距仪安置点正上方使得其朝向与观测方向成90°,塔机巡检人员在塔式起重机顶升操作平台的激光测距仪安置点位置启动激光测距仪并使得光点投射在地面标尺上,地面人员根据光点记录数据,同时获取激光测距仪测得的垂直距离,然后将地面标尺读数与标准值的差值除以垂直距离,即为该塔式起重机垂直度偏差值。应用本发明能够随时观测塔式起重机垂直度并及时给出预警信息。
