The invention discloses a coal mine vertical shaft hydraulic control cradle which comprises a base, a directional track, a movable track, a lifting mechanism, a limiting mechanism and a control module, the directional track is fixed to the base, the movable track is hinged to the directional track, the lifting mechanism is installed below the movable track, and the limiting mechanism is connected with the lifting mechanism. The limiting mechanism is arranged on the movable track, and the control module is electrically connected with the lifting mechanism and the limiting mechanism. The movable track is provided with a transverse sliding groove, a longitudinal sliding groove and a connecting block. The limiting mechanism comprises a pair of transverse limiting assemblies and a plurality of longitudinal limiting assemblies, the transverse limiting assemblies are oppositely arranged on the two sides of the movable track, and the longitudinal limiting assemblies are arranged in the movable track. The transverse limiting assembly is composed of a trapezoidal guardrail, a plurality of sliding blocks, a plurality of transverse electric push rods and mounting plates corresponding to the transverse electric push rods. According to the invention, reasonable treatment can be carried out when a vibration accident occurs in a mine, and the safety of mine operation is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于煤矿立井液压控制摇台,包括基座、定向轨道、活动轨道、升降机构、限位机构以及控制模块,其中所述定向轨道固定在基座上,所述活动轨道与定向轨道铰接,所述升降机构安装在活动轨道的下方,所述限位机构设置在活动轨道上,控制模块与升降机构、限位机构电连接;所述活动轨道上设有横向滑槽、纵向滑槽和连接块;所述限位机构包括一对横向限位组件和数组纵向限位组件,其中所述横向限位组件相对设置在活动轨道两侧,纵向限位组件设置在活动轨道内;所述横向限位组件由梯形护栏、数个滑块、数个横向电推杆以及与各横向电推杆相对应的安装板构成。本发明可以在矿井发生震动意外时进行合理处理,提高了矿山作业的安全性。
