The toothed plate makes contact with the gear, anticlockwise rotation of the gear is limited, the stress block is pulled to rotate the crank, the length of the cords can be adjusted to the proper length, and the stress block is loosened. At the moment, the cords are tensioned, and a right triangle is formed by the path of the cords and the laser and the line segment of the laser drop point and the other end point of the cords. Whether the track gauge and the irregularity of the track exceed the standard or not can be judged by observing whether the scales at the positions of the cords and the laser drop points are outside the red marking area or not, the measurement result is convenient and visual, and the device is simple in structure, foldable and convenient to carry.
本发明公开了一种便携式简易轨道超标检测装置,包括固定在轨道两端的移动架,所述移动架一端设置带有刻度的纤绳,所述纤绳与一端移动架的槽口处设置有激光笔,另一端移动架上标有刻度。所述移动架内部包括有紧固机构,所述紧固机构上端且位于移动架内部设置有齿轮。通过齿板与齿轮相接触,限制齿轮的逆时针转动,拉动受力块转动摇把,可将纤绳长度调至合适长度松开受力块。此时纤绳被拉紧,纤绳与激光所经途径与激光落点和纤绳另一端点的线段形成直角三角形。通过观察纤绳与激光落点位置的刻度是否在标红区域外,可判断此轨道轨距及高低不平顺是否超标,测量结果方便直观,且该装置结构简单可以折叠方便携带。
