The system comprises an in-station compartment, a waiting compartment and an out-station compartment, and the waiting compartment is connected between the in-station compartment and the out-station compartment; the in-station carriages are parked in the platform, the station waiting carriages are parked at the end of the platform, the out-station carriages are parked outside the platform, and the out-station carriages are also named side-door-free carriages; a wall is arranged between the in-station compartment and the station waiting compartment and isolates the in-station compartment from the station waiting compartment, and passengers in the out-station compartment get off the station from the station waiting compartment in the station. The system is characterized in that a ticket checker is arranged on a platform corresponding to the parking position of a waiting compartment, the ticket checker divides the platform into an in-station compartment riding area and an out-station compartment riding area, and the in-station compartment riding area is the platform corresponding to the parking position of the in-station compartment; the out-station carriage riding area is a platform corresponding to the parking position of the waiting carriage; the out-station carriage riding area is a totally-enclosed out-station carriage riding area composed of an out-station carriage riding area ticket checker and an out-station carriage riding area ticket checker; the out-station carriage riding area entrance ticket checker is connected with a counter; the counter is provided with a preset number of passengers, and the passengers do not enter the ticket checker and do not enter the out-station carriage riding area on the platform, so that the passengers can get on and off the bus within one minute.

    包含站内车厢、候站车厢和站外车厢,候站车厢连接在站内车厢和站外车厢之间;站内车厢停在站台内部,候站车厢停在站台端部,站外车厢停在站台外部,站外车厢也称无侧门车厢;站内车厢与候站车厢之间设有墙,将站内车厢与候站车厢相隔离,站外车厢乘客从站内的候站车厢下到站台;其特征在于:在候站车厢停车位置对应的站台设有检票机,所述检票机将站台分为站内车厢乘车区和站外车厢乘车区,站内车厢乘车区是站内车厢停车位置对应的站台;站外车厢乘车区是候站车厢停车位置对应的站台;所述站外车厢乘车区由进入站外车厢乘车区检票机和出站外车厢乘车区检票机组成全封闭的站外车厢乘车区;所述站外车厢乘车区进入检票机连接有计数器;所述计数器设置有预定人数,乘客不经过站台上的站外车厢乘车区进入检票机不得进入站外车厢乘车区,达到乘客在1分种内完成上下车。
