The invention belongs to a control method of a thermal management system of a pure electric vehicle in the technical field of new energy vehicles. Comprising a summer mode, the summer mode is used for the environment temperature higher than 30 DEG C, the summer mode comprises passenger compartment refrigeration, battery pack cooling and electric drive cooling, the summer mode totally comprises three sub-loops, the first sub-loop of the summer mode is that a first electronic water pump (13) drives cooling liquid, and the cooling liquid flows to carry heat of an electric energy supply system (14) and an electric drive system (15); the air passes through an a/b port of a first four-way valve (16), a c/b port of a first three-way valve (17), a second chiller (23) and a c/d port of a second four-way valve (18) and finally exchanges heat with ambient air driven by a cooling fan (11) in a radiator (10), so that the purpose of cooling an electric drive system is achieved; according to the control method for the thermal management system of the pure electric vehicle, through switching of different circulation modes, the requirements of different seasons and different temperature scenes are met, and efficient energy management of the electric vehicle is achieved.

    本发明属于新能源汽车技术领域的纯电动汽车热管理系统的控制方法。包括夏季模式,夏季模式用于环境温度大于30℃,夏季模式包括乘员舱制冷、电池包冷却、电驱冷却,夏季模式一共包括三条子回路,夏季模式子回路一:第一电子水泵(13)驱动冷却液,冷却液流动带着电能供给系统(14)和电驱系统15的热量,途经第一四通阀(16)的a/b端口、第一三通阀17的c/b端口、第二chiller(23)、第二四通阀(18)的c/d端口,最终在散热器(10)与冷却风扇(11)带动的环境空气进行热交换,达到电驱系统冷却目的;本发明的纯电动汽车热管理系统的控制方法,通过不同循环模式的切换,适应不同季节不同温度场景需求,实现电动车辆能量高效管理。
