The invention provides a vehicle activeness statistical method and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring checkpoint vehicle passing data in real time; constructing an effective license plate library, marking the license plate information of which the number of different checkpoints is greater than a first threshold value in the checkpoint vehicle passing data within the preset time period as effective license plates, and continuously updating the effective license plate library; judging whether license plate information of which the number of passing different checkpoints is smaller than a second threshold value in the checkpoint vehicle passing data exists in an effective license plate library or not, if not, removing the license plate information, and counting vehicle activeness of different dimensions according to the updated checkpoint vehicle passing data; according to the checkpoint vehicle passing data, obtaining the activity and similarity corresponding to each checkpoint in all checkpoints so as to obtain a key checkpoint, so that when the vehicle activity of different dimensions is abnormal, data compensation is carried out according to the corresponding relation between the vehicle activity and the key checkpoint; therefore, not only can the road traffic travel condition be reflected macroscopically, but also the data fluctuation caused by the data quality problem can be reduced.

    本发明提出了一种车辆活跃度统计方法及系统,该方法包括:实时获取卡口过车数据;构建有效车牌库,将预设时间段内的卡口过车数据中的经过不同卡口数量大于第一阈值的车牌信息标记为有效车牌,并不断更新有效车牌库;判断卡口过车数据中的经过不同卡口数量小于第二阈值的车牌信息是否存在有效车牌库内,如果不存在,则将其剔除,并根据更新后的卡口过车数据统计不同维度的车辆活跃度;根据卡口过车数据获取所有卡口中的每个卡口对应的活跃度和相似性以得到关键卡口,以便在不同维度的车辆活跃度出现异常时根据其与关键卡口的对应关系进行数据补算;由此,从而不仅能够从宏观上反映道路交通出行情况,而且还能减少由于数据质量问题导致的数据波动。
