The invention discloses a building activeness calculation method and system based on an intelligent lamp post. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring the information of a lamp post basestation around a building; using the lamp post base station to acquire the nearby personnel information, vehicle information and road information; calculating the pedestrian volume and the crowd residence time around the building according to the personnel information near the lamp post base station; calculating the crowd activeness around the building according to the pedestrian volume around the building and the crowd residence time; calculating a road unblocked degree value around the building according to the vehicles near the lamp post base station; and calculating the activeness of thebuilding according to the crowd activeness around the building and the road smoothness degree value. According to the method and the system, the technical problem of how to calculate the activeness around the building by utilizing the intelligent lamp post is solved.

    本发明公开了一种基于智慧灯杆的建筑物活跃度计算方法及系统。其方法包括以下步骤:获取建筑物周围的灯杆基站信息;灯杆基站获取附近人员信息、车辆信息和道路信息;根据灯杆基站附近人员信息计算建筑物周围的人流量和人群停留时间;根据建筑物周围的人流量和人群停留时间计算建筑物周围的人群活跃度;根据灯杆基站附近车辆计算建筑物周围的道路畅通程度值;根据建筑物周围的人群活跃度和道路畅通程度值计算建筑物活跃度。本发明的方法及系统解决了如何利用智慧灯杆对建筑物周围的活跃度进行计算的技术问题。
