The invention discloses a hoisting operation path planning method and device and a crane. The hoisting operation path planning method comprises the steps that operation information of hoisting operation is obtained; calculating a loss value corresponding to a feasible path from the hoisting starting point to the hoisting ending point; wherein the feasible path comprises a hoisting starting point, a hoisting ending point and at least one middle point from the hoisting starting point to the hoisting ending point, and the loss value represents energy consumption and time consumption consumed by hoisting the hoisted object from the hoisting starting point to the hoisting ending point; and finally, selecting the feasible path with the minimum loss value as the optimal path. The method comprises the following steps: in a hoisting operation process, acquiring a plurality of feasible paths of hoisting operation according to position information of a hoisting starting point and a hoisting ending point, respectively calculating energy consumption and time consumption for executing the hoisting operation according to each feasible path, and selecting the feasible path with the minimum energy consumption and time consumption as an optimal path; therefore, the energy consumption and the time consumption of the hoisting operation are comprehensively lowest, and the low energy consumption and the high efficiency of the hoisting operation are ensured.

    本申请公开了一种吊装作业的路径规划方法、装置及起重机,通过获取吊装作业的作业信息;并且计算由吊装起点至吊装终点的可行路径对应的损耗值;其中,可行路径包括吊装起点、吊装终点及吊装起点至吊装终点的至少一个中间点,损耗值表征将吊装物由吊装起点吊装至吊装终点所消耗的能量消耗和时间消耗;最后选取损耗值最小的可行路径作为最优路径;即在吊装作业过程中,根据吊装起点和吊装终点的位置信息获取多条吊装作业的可行路径,并且分别计算按照每条可行路径执行吊装作业的能量消耗和时间消耗,并从中选取能量消耗和时间消耗最小的可行路径作为最优路径,以实现吊装作业的能量消耗和时间消耗综合最低,从而保证了吊装作业的低能耗和高效率。
