The invention provides a space repeatable unfolding and folding fan-shaped solar cell wing array surface protection device and method. The device comprises a pressing mechanism, a pressing base, an auxiliary pressing rod, a loading nut and buffer foam. The pressing mechanism is composed of an installation base, an adjusting sleeve and a locking nut, the installation base and the pressing base are installed on the two storage box plates of the fan-shaped wing respectively, and the adjusting sleeve is installed on the installation base through internal and external threads and has adjustable quantity. According to the invention, by arranging the pressing mechanism with the internal and external thread adjusting interface, the adjustment of the pressing force of the array surface has the capability of adapting to the change of the pressing thickness caused by foam compression. After the array surface tension force is applied, the length of an adjusting sleeve of the pressing mechanism can be locked by adopting a locking nut, and the state of the product is locked. According to the product design state, the pressing force at different pressing rods is determined, and the pressing force is applied through the loading nut, so that the array plane pressing force is uniform.
本发明提供一种空间可重复展收扇形太阳电池翼阵面防护装置及方法,所述装置包括压紧机构、压紧底座、辅助压紧杆、加载螺母、缓冲泡沫;所述压紧机构由安装底座、调节套筒、锁紧螺母组成,所述安装底座、压紧底座分别安装在扇形翼的两块收藏箱板上,调节套筒通过内外螺纹安装于安装底座,并具有可调节量。本发明通过设置有内外螺纹调节接口的压紧机构,可使阵面压紧力的调节具有适应因泡沫压缩而产生压紧厚度变化的能力。施加完毕阵面张紧力,采用锁紧螺母可锁定压紧机构的调节套筒长度,锁定产品状态。根据产品设计状态,确定不同压紧杆处的压紧力,通过加载螺母施加,保证阵面压紧力均匀。
