The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a misloading prevention identification method and device for double lithium batteries, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining a first network management message state signal of a first lithium battery and a second network management message state signal of a second lithium battery in the double lithium batteries, and the first position of the first lithium battery and the second position of the second lithium battery are identified respectively, the first position is synchronized to the first controller, and the second position is synchronized to the second controller, so that the first controller and the second controller are utilized to carry out mistake-proof identification on the double lithium batteries. Therefore, the problem that the misloading risk is increased due to the fact that the double lithium batteries need to receive and send message information through two part numbers to recognize the positions of the double lithium batteries in the related technology is solved, two sets of communication messages and diagnosis strategies are integrated through one part number, the mounting result of the double lithium batteries can be quickly recognized, and the power supply requirement of a vehicle is met.
