The invention relates to a traffic jam intelligent visual analysis and early warning method fusing multi-source heterogeneous big data, which belongs to the technical field of electric digital data processing, considers the influence of multiple factors on road speed, and adopts a multi-source heterogeneous information fusion technology to carry out vectorization expression on each road speed influence factor, so as to improve the traffic jam intelligent visual analysis and early warning efficiency. A road speed prediction model fusing multi-source influence factors is provided, and meanwhile, the concept of speed performance indexes is introduced to divide urban traffic states and extract congested road sections. And providing instance level explanation for the road speed prediction model, and mining key factors of road congestion. The visual analysis system designed and realized by integrating the method comprises a plurality of linked views and novel visual design, senses the spatial dependency relationship of traffic congestion and the evolution rule of time, can quickly identify the congestion reason, helps field experts to intervene as early as possible and formulate reasonable road planning, and improves the traffic congestion quality. And unnecessary traffic congestion is avoided.

    本发明涉及融合多源异构大数据的交通拥堵智能可视分析与预警方法,属于电数字数据处理技术领域,考虑了多因素对道路速度的影响,采用多源异构信息融合的技术将各道路速度影响因素进行向量化表示,提出一种融合多源影响因素的道路速度预测模型,同时引入速度性能指数的概念来划分城市交通状态并提取拥堵路段。对道路速度预测模型提供实例层级的解释,挖掘道路拥堵的关键因素。整合以上所述方法,设计并实现的可视分析系统包含若干联动的视图和新颖的可视化设计,感知交通拥堵在空间上的依赖关系和时间的演变规律,并能快速识别拥堵原因,帮助领域专家尽早地进行干预,制定合理的道路规划,避免发生不必要的交通拥堵。
