The invention discloses a highway situation awareness and accident risk early warning method fusing multi-source data. The method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing multi-source data fusion and multi-scale traffic flow data; s2, studying and judging an accident influence factor mechanism, and excavating factors influencing the occurrence of a traffic accident; s3, early warning of accident risks is carried out, and the safety risk level of the road section is evaluated; and S4, researching the beforehand management and control system, and constructing a beforehand management and control strategy system based on deep mining analysis of traffic accidents and actual operation experience. According to the invention, on the basis of the high-speed portal data and the charging flow data, the detection data of the thunder-vision integrated roadside equipment are fused for fusion processing, so that fine traffic operation parameters such as traffic flow and vehicle speed before and after a historical accident are obtained; traffic flow characteristics causing accidents are mined, and a traffic accident risk dynamic early warning management and control model and a post-accident evaluation mechanism are established based on the traffic flow characteristics, so that a management department is helped to recognize potential risks in advance.

    本发明公开了融合多源数据的高速公路态势感知及事故风险预警方法,包括S1,构建多源数据融合及多尺度交通流数据;S2,研判事故影响因素机理,挖掘影响交通事故发生的因素;S3,预警事故风险,对路段的安全风险等级进行评估;S4,研究事前管控体系,基于对交通事故的深入挖掘分析与实际运营经验,构建事前管控策略体系。本发明以高速门架数据和收费流水数据为基础,融入雷视一体路侧设备检测数据进行融合处理,获取历史事故发生前后的车流量、车速等精细交通运行参数;挖掘引起事故的车流特性,并以此为基础建立交通事故风险动态预警管控模型及事故后评估机制,以帮助管理部门提前识别潜在风险。
