The invention relates to the technical field of suspension bridge construction, in particular to an integral mounting and dismounting device and method for a cable crane. Comprising an upper rotary truss, a lower supporting truss, a rotary mechanism and a lifting mechanism, and the upper rotary truss is connected with the middle of the lower end of the cable crane; the lower supporting truss is located below the upper rotary truss. The slewing mechanism is arranged between the upper slewing truss and the lower supporting truss and used for driving the upper slewing truss to rotate around the vertical axis; the lifting mechanism is a vertical lifting structure with the upper end connected with the main cable and the lower end connected with the lower supporting truss and is used for vertically lifting the lower supporting truss and the cable loading crane through the main cable. The cable crane is integrally mounted, the high-altitude construction risk and mounting time of manual block-by-block mounting and dismounting in the air are reduced, construction in the severe environment in the air is avoided, the mounting quality of the cable crane can be effectively controlled, the cable crane can be directly mounted at the midspan position, and the no-load walking time of the cable crane can be saved.

    本发明涉及悬索桥施工技术领域,具体地指一种缆载吊机整体安拆装置及安拆方法。包括上部回转桁架、下部支撑桁架、回转机构和提升机构,上部回转桁架与缆载吊机下端中部连接;下部支撑桁架位于上部回转桁架的下方;回转机构设置于上部回转桁架和下部支撑桁架之间,用于驱动上部回转桁架绕竖向轴线转动;提升机构是上端连接主缆、下端连接下部支撑桁架的竖向提升结构,用于依托主缆对下部支撑桁架以及缆载吊机进行竖向的提升。本申请整体安装缆载吊机,减少了人工空中逐块安拆的高空施工风险及安装时间,避免在空中恶劣环境下的施工,可有效把控缆载吊机组装质量,在跨中位置直接安装缆载吊机,可以节约缆载吊机空载行走的时间。
