The invention discloses an underwater centrifugal circulation impeller type suction cup. The suction cup shell is of a hollow columnar structure, the impeller base plate and the centrifugal circulation impeller are fixedly connected and then installed in an inner cavity, and the waterproof direct current motor and the Bernoulli base plate are coaxially and fixedly installed on the upper side and the lower side of the suction cup shell respectively. The lower end of an output shaft of the waterproof direct current motor penetrates through the suction cup shell and then is fixedly connected with the impeller base plate and the shaft end check ring in sequence, a plurality of trapezoid grooves are formed in the upper portion of the centrifugal circular ring, and therefore protruding blocks are formed between the adjacent trapezoid grooves, and the inner side inclined straight blades and the outer side inclined straight blades are fixedly connected through the protruding blocks. The inclination angles between the inner side inclined straight blades and the outer side inclined straight blades are the same, and the inclination directions are opposite. Compared with a traditional centrifugal impeller type suction cup or a Bernoulli suction cup, the underwater centrifugal circulation impeller type suction cup can generate larger adsorption force, and the energy consumption of the suction cup is small.

    本发明公开了一种水下离心环流叶轮式吸盘。吸盘外壳为空心柱状结构,叶轮底盘和离心环流叶轮固定连接后安装在内部的空腔中,防水直流电机和伯努利底盘分别同轴固定安装在吸盘外壳的上、下两侧,防水直流电机输出轴的下端穿设过吸盘外壳后依次与叶轮底盘和轴端挡圈固定连接,离心圆环的上部开设有若干个梯形凹槽从而在相邻的梯形凹槽之间形成凸起块,内侧倾斜直叶片和外侧倾斜直叶片之间通过凸起块固定连接,内侧倾斜直叶片和外侧倾斜直叶片之间的倾斜角度相同、倾斜方向相反。本发明的水下离心环流叶轮式吸盘比传统的离心叶轮式吸盘或伯努利吸盘可以产生更大的吸附力,且吸盘能耗小。
