The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted charging integrated device and a vehicle-mounted control system. A motor control unit in the device comprises a motor coil and a first switch module connected between the motor coil and a battery; the first output end of the first switch module is connected with a motor coil; the second switch module is connected with an external power supply; the voltage transformation switching module is connected between the motor control circuit and the second switch module. According to the invention, the voltage transformation switching module is arranged, so that when the OBC works, the OBC temporarily occupies the first switch module of the MCU, and a switch tube at the secondary side of the OBC can be omitted; in addition, a coil inductor of the motor is used as a filter inductor, so that an inductor on the secondary side of the OBC can be omitted; by integrating the power link of the OBC and the MCU, the electric control system of the whole vehicle is more compact, power devices and accessories related to the power devices are saved, the overall weight and cost are effectively reduced, the internal structure is simplified, and the overall integration level of the system is improved.

    本申请涉及一种车载充电集成装置及车载控制系统,所述装置中电机控制单元包括电机线圈和连接在电机线圈与电池之间的第一开关模块;第一开关模块的第一输出端连接电机线圈;第二开关模块用于连接外部电源;变压切换模块连接在电机控制电路与第二开关模块之间。本申请通过设置变压切换模块,当OBC工作时,让OBC去临时占用MCU的第一开关模块,能够省去了OBC二次侧的开关管;另外将电机的线圈电感作为滤波电感使用,能够省去OBC二次侧的电感;通过集成OBC和MCU的功率链接,使得整车电控系统更加紧凑,节约了功率器件,以及和功率器件相关的配件,有效降低整体重量和成本,简化内部结构,提高系统整体集成度。
