The vehicle-mounted charging device comprises a semiconductor chilling plate and a socket, wherein the semiconductor chilling plate comprises a heating surface and a refrigerating surface which are opposite to each other. And the socket is connected to the refrigerating surface. According to the vehicle-mounted charging device, the semiconductor chilling plate and the socket are designed into a whole, the socket is connected to the refrigerating surface, and the refrigerating surface can cool the socket, so that the semiconductor chilling plate can cool the vehicle-mounted charging device whenthe vehicle-mounted charging device performs charging, the vehicle-mounted charging device has better conductivity, the charging power is improved, a cooling pipeline is prevented from being arrangedin the cable, and the structure of the vehicle-mounted charging device is optimized.
