The invention relates to a drive train (10) for a working machine, comprising at least one electric motor (11, 12), which is designed to provide a mechanical input power, an electrical energy store (13), a multi-stage shift transmission (14), a heating circuit (15) and a cooling circuit (16), the shift transmission (14) is configured for converting mechanical input power and providing as mechanical output power, the energy store (13) is configured for supplying electrical power to the at least one electric motor (11, 12) and the heating circuit (15), the heating circuit (15) is configured for providing a heating fluid for heating the energy store (13), and the heating circuit (15) is configured for supplying electrical power to the at least one electric motor (11, 12). The cooling circuit (16) is designed to provide a cooling fluid for cooling and lubricating the shift transmission (14), the drive train (10) according to the invention being characterized in that the heating circuit (15) and the cooling circuit (16) are coupled via a heat exchanger (18) and have only one common cooling device (19). The invention also relates to a corresponding method and to a working machine.
