The invention relates to the technical field of two-way charging piles of electric vehicles, in particular to a damping coefficient dynamic iteration adjustment method controlled by a virtual synchronous machine of a two-way charging pile. The method is used for solving the problem that in the prior art, when a two-way charging pile serves as a two-way charging pile virtual synchronous machine to operate, a damping coefficient cannot be accurately and dynamically adjusted under the condition that the residual charging and discharging allowance of a battery pack is limited. The maximum charge-discharge rate limit, the voltage data, the battery SOC, the cell temperature, the rated capacity, the equivalent series resistance and the real-time current of a vehicle-mounted battery pack of the electric vehicle are measured; determining a power grid frequency deviation by using the real-time power grid frequency; iteratively calculating the maximum charging and discharging current according to the obtained data, and further calculating a positive deviation damping coefficient and a negative deviation damping coefficient; and dynamically adjusting the damping coefficient controlled by the bidirectional charging pile virtual synchronous machine according to the calculated data.
