The invention relates to the technical field of charging piles, in particular to a bidirectional charging pile control method and device, a bidirectional charging pile, a medium and a product, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the instantaneous active power outputted by an inverter of the bidirectional charging pile; the output angular frequency of a virtual synchronous machine of the bidirectional charging pile is calculated according to the target active power and the instantaneous active power output by the electric vehicle, damping power calculated based on the output angular frequency serves as feedforward of the virtual synchronous machine, and the damping power is used for controlling electromagnetic transient characteristics when the bidirectional charging pile supplies power to a power grid; and controlling an inverter of the bidirectional charging pile according to the damping power. Therefore, the problem of power and frequency oscillation of the bidirectional charging pile based on the virtual synchronous machine under the condition of external disturbance or instruction change in the prior art is solved.
