The invention discloses a tower crane standard knot introducing device and method under the arm support deflection working condition, the device comprises a pulley block, an eccentric beam, a movable sliding block and a hook head, the two ends of the eccentric beam are fixedly installed on the pulley block, a brake rack is arranged on the eccentric beam, and brake teeth of the brake rack are oblique teeth; the helical teeth are divided into two directions by taking the midpoint of the eccentric beam as a demarcation point, and the inclined directions of the racks are inclined towards the midpoint of the eccentric beam; the hook head is mounted on the movable sliding block; the movable sliding block is mounted on the brake rack; when the lifting direction deviates, the movable sliding block is moved to the direction opposite to the deviation direction, and the brake rack is used for fixing the movable sliding block, so that the movable sliding block does not move due to gravity. The lifting device is simple in structure, and the defect that the lifting direction is inconsistent with the introduction direction in actual construction is overcome through cooperation of the movable sliding block and the eccentric beam; and the application range is wide, the movable sliding block can be placed at different positions according to different deviation directions and deviation sizes of the lifting direction, and compensation of different deviation errors is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种臂架偏转工况下塔机标准节引进装置及引进方法,装置包括滑轮组、偏心梁、移动滑块和钩头,偏心梁两端固定安装于滑轮组上,偏心梁上设有制动齿条,制动齿条的制动齿为斜齿,且斜齿以偏心梁中点为分界点分为两个方向,齿条倾斜方向均向偏心梁中点倾斜;钩头安装于移动滑块上;移动滑块安装于制动齿条上;当起重方向发生偏移时,将移动滑块移动至与偏移方向相反的方向,制动齿条用于固定移动滑块,使移动滑块不因重力发生移动。本发明结构简单,通过移动滑块与偏心梁的配合,解决实际施工中起重方向与引进方向不一致的缺点;且适用范围较大,可针对起重方向的不同偏移方向和偏移大小,将移动滑块放置于不同位置,实现不同偏移误差的补齐。
