The invention relates to the technical field of tower crane equipment, and provides a standard knot introduction method of an internal jacking tower crane, the method adopts a circular track fixed on a lower support and a rolling device movably connected on the circular track, the rolling device is provided with a chain, and the tower crane lifts a standard knot to be introduced to an introduction position through a suspension arm, so that the standard knot is introduced into the tower crane. After the rolling device moves to a proper position along the circular track, the rolling device is fixedly connected with the standard knot through the chain, then the connection relation between the suspension arm and the standard knot is loosened, and the standard knot needing to be introduced is adjusted to a mounting position along the circular track through the rolling device to wait for mounting. After the standard knot needing to be introduced is lifted through the lifting arm, the standard knot cannot collide with the circular track or the rolling device no matter the standard knot is lifted from the distance to move towards the tower body or lifted upwards from the position below the range where the chain can be pulled, and safety is higher.

    本发明涉及塔机设备技术领域,提供了一种内顶升塔机的标准节引进方法,该方法采用了固定在下支座上的圆形轨道和活动连接在圆形轨道上的滚动装置,滚动装置上设有链条,塔机通过吊臂将需要引入的标准节起升至引进位置,滚动装置沿圆形轨道移动至合适位置后,通过链条与标准节固定连接,然后松开吊臂与标准节之间的连接关系,利用滚动装置将需要引进的标准节沿圆形轨道调整至安装位置等待安装。本发明通过吊臂吊起需要引进的标准节后,无论从远处吊起往塔身方向移动,还是从链条能够牵引的范围的下方的往上吊起,都不会与圆形轨道或滚动装置发生碰撞,更具安全性。
