The invention discloses a non-welding type lifter for crane lifting, and relates to the technical field of crane lifting, the non-welding type lifter comprises a crane cylinder and a lifter assembly, the top of the crane cylinder is provided with a flange, the surface of the flange is uniformly provided with connecting holes, the lifter assembly is arranged on the surface of the flange, and the connecting holes are formed in the flange. A first through hole is formed in the surface of the panel, and a second through hole is formed in the bottom of the lifter main plate. According to the non-welding type lifter for lifting of the crane, the panel is attached to the surface of a flange, a first bolt penetrates through a first through hole and a connecting hole to be fastened with a nut, a lifter assembly is stably installed on the surface of the flange in cooperation with a second bolt, and a steel wire rope is installed at the lifting hole position in the surface of the lifter main plate through a shackle at the end of the steel wire rope; therefore, the steel wire rope is prevented from pressing the surface of the flange, the steel wire rope is prevented from being abraded, the lifter assembly can be taken down only by unscrewing the second bolt and the nut during later disassembly, the workload is reduced, meanwhile, the crane cylinder is not damaged, and the paint make-up workload is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于克令吊吊运的非焊接式吊马,涉及克令吊吊运技术领域,包括克令吊筒体和吊马组件,所述克令吊筒体的顶部设置有法兰,且法兰的表面均匀开设有连接孔,所述吊马组件安置于法兰的表面,所述面板的表面开设有第一通孔,所述吊马主板的底部开设有第二通孔。该用于克令吊吊运的非焊接式吊马,面板与法兰表面贴合,并将第一螺栓穿过第一通孔、连接孔与螺母紧固,配合第二螺栓将吊马组件稳固安装至法兰的表面,而钢丝绳通过其端部的卸扣安装在吊马主板表面的吊孔位位置,由此避免钢丝绳压迫到法兰表面,避免钢丝绳磨损,且后期拆卸时只需拧松第二螺栓和螺母即可取下吊马组件,减小工作量的同时不损伤克令吊筒体,且减小补漆工作量。
