The invention discloses a rope-driven stretching sleeve supporting mechanism which comprises a fixed sleeve, an enveloping sleeve and a plurality of moving sleeves, one end of the fixed sleeve is fixedly connected with a bottom plate, the moving sleeves are nested outside the fixed sleeve step by step, the moving sleeves are in sliding connection, and the enveloping sleeve is fixedly connected with the bottom plate. The enveloping sleeve is fixedly connected to the outer portion of the moving sleeve in a sleeving mode, root pulleys are rotationally connected to the ends, away from the enveloping sleeve, of the moving sleeve and the fixed sleeve, upper end pulleys are rotationally connected to the ends, away from the bottom plate, of the moving sleeve and the enveloping sleeve, and a hoisting mechanism is fixedly connected to the end, close to the bottom plate, of the fixed sleeve. Multi-stage sleeve unfolding is adopted, under the condition that the stretching length and rigidity are guaranteed, the occupied space is small, the stability is good, the rocket space utilization rate is greatly increased, and the launching cost is reduced; the device can bear partial or all overload of a carrying ascending section, and is suitable for scenes such as load conveying and antenna unfolding after a spacecraft enters an orbit.

    本发明公开了一种绳驱动式的伸展套筒支撑机构,包括固定套筒、包络套筒和多个运动套筒,所述固定套筒的一端固定连接有底板,所述运动套筒逐级嵌套在固定套筒的外部,多个所述运动套筒之间滑动连接,所述包络套筒固定套接于运动套筒的外部,所述运动套筒和固定套筒远离包络套筒的一端均转动连接有根部滑轮,所述运动套筒和包络套筒远离底板的一端转动连接有上端滑轮,所述固定套筒靠近底板的一端固定连接有卷扬机构。本发明采用多级套筒展开,能够在保证伸展长度和刚度的情况下,占用空间小、稳定性好,大大提高火箭空间利用率,降低发射成本;能够承担运载上升段部分或全部过载,适用于航天器入轨后载荷运送、天线展开等场景。
