The invention discloses an aero-engine rectification cap icing simulation measurement method, an aero-engine rectification cap deicing method, equipment, a medium and a program product. The method comprises the following steps: measuring original pressure coefficient distribution data and an original surface three-dimensional map of an aero-engine rectification cap in a non-icing state; when the aero-engine rectification cap cover begins to freeze, pressure coefficient distribution data and a surface three-dimensional map of the aero-engine rectification cap cover at different moments are measured every other preset time range; and based on the original pressure coefficient distribution data and the pressure coefficient distribution data at different moments, and the original surface three-dimensional map and the surface three-dimensional maps at different moments, generating an influence coefficient and ice type three-dimensional map. The method can improve the accuracy of the measurement result, can analyze and predict the influence of the ice type on the aerodynamic performance of the aero-engine rectification cap hood and the development trend, and can be used as an important condition for determining whether the engine is subjected to deicing or not.
