The invention provides a track circuit and a control method and device of the track circuit. The track circuit comprises interlocking equipment, a first relay, a second relay and an acquisition power supply, the first input end of the interlocking device is connected with the front contact of the first relay, and the second input end of the interlocking device is connected with the rear contact of the first relay and the rear contact of the second relay. A middle contact of the first relay is connected with a front contact of the second relay; a middle contact of the second relay is connected with the acquisition power supply; the front contact of the first relay is connected with the middle contact of the first relay, and the front contact of the second relay is connected with the middle contact of the first relay; the first relay is arranged in the first track section, the second relay is arranged in the second track section, and the first track section and the second track section are located at two ends of the track section where the washing garage is located; the interlocking device is used for determining section occupation information of the target track section based on the state of the first relay and the state of the second relay.
