The invention discloses an algorithm for calculating residual endurance mileage based on real-time power consumption under effective driving conditions. The vehicle control unit receives the SOC, the real-time power and the charging state of the power battery; the whole vehicle controller receives the real-time speed of the whole vehicle; the vehicle control unit judges effective driving working conditions; and the whole vehicle controller calculates the real-time power consumption of the whole vehicle under the effective driving condition, calculates the remaining available power consumption according to the SOC, and finally calculates the current remaining endurance mileage according to the real-time power consumption and the available power consumption.
