The method comprises the steps that the current total remaining oil amount of an oil tank is multiplied by the average oil consumption of the current driving cycle, and the endurance mileage corresponding to the remaining oil amount of the current driving cycle is obtained; the vehicle is powered on, the total driving mileage and the total oil consumption of the last driving cycle are called, the driving mileage and the oil consumption of the current driving cycle are calculated, logic judgment is conducted on the driving mileage state of the current driving cycle, and logic judgment is conducted on the oil consumption state of the current driving cycle; the average oil consumption of the current driving cycle is calculated; a final average fuel consumption value of the current driving cycle is obtained by taking a key power-on state as a judgment condition; and the calculated current driving cycle remaining oil quantity corresponds to the endurance mileage value, and the endurance mileage value is sent to an instrument through a CAN line to be displayed. A driver can more accurately and visually know the oil remaining amount of the fuel tank, the driver is reminded of refueling in time, the blank of the function of a commercial vehicle is filled, and the method is suitable for large-scale application.
本发明提供一种燃油剩余量续航行驶里程提醒功能的计算方法,属于商用车电子控制领域,用当前油箱总剩余油量乘以当前驾驶循环的平均油耗,得到当前驾驶循环的剩余油量对应续航里程;车辆上电,调用上一个驾驶循环的总行驶里程和总油耗,计算当前驾驶循环的行驶里程和油耗,对当前驾驶循环行驶里程状态的逻辑判断,对当前驾驶循环的油耗状态的逻辑判断;计算当前驾驶循环平均油耗;以钥匙电上电状态为判断条件,获得当前驾驶循环最终的平均油耗值;计算得到的当前驾驶循环剩余油量对应续航里程值,通过CAN线发送仪表进行显示。可以让驾驶员更精确直观的了解油箱燃油剩余量,提醒驾驶员及时加油,弥补了商用车此项功能的空白,适于大规模应用。
