    本发明公开了一种车用降噪阻尼片及使用方法,涉及降噪阻尼片技术领域,首先将降噪阻尼片在5~35摄氏度50%以下相对湿度中放置7天,在进行粘贴的时候先需要保证粘结面清洁,如果不清洁可以用无纤维脱落的布蘸50%浓度的酒精、异丙醇或丙酮溶液对粘结面进行清洁,清洁完成后将降噪阻尼片贴附在正确的位置,确保与钣金面有足够的贴附面积,保证胶面的充分接触和浸润,并按压粘贴表面,确保降噪阻尼片与钣金粘贴固定,通过丁基橡胶、天然胶、炭黑、氢氧化铝、树脂、聚乙烯、碳酸钙、阻燃剂组合使用,可以利用丁基橡胶的高阻尼性,天然胶的高减震性、阻燃剂的阻燃作用,并对其进行按照一定的比例经过混合,可以有效的达到对噪音进行隔绝和吸收的效果。
