The invention discloses a hydraulic system for controlling walking of a tower crane. The hydraulic system comprises the tower crane, a crawler belt locking mechanism used for locking the driving direction of a crawler belt set of the tower crane is installed on the tower crane, the crawler belt locking mechanism comprises a bottom frame, supporting legs connected with the crawler belt set are arranged on the lower portion of the bottom frame, and each supporting leg is connected with the crawler belt set through a front-back fixing frame and a left-right fixing frame. And two adjacent groups of supporting legs are fixed through a truss. The invention further discloses a deviation rectifying method of the hydraulic system for controlling the walking of the tower crane, according to the deviation rectifying method, a sensor is used for monitoring the walking path of the tower crane, and automatic correction is carried out when deviation occurs. According to the invention, the detachable track locking mechanism is arranged on the tower crane, so that the deviation correction difficulty caused by deviation of a single group or multiple groups of tracks is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the whole crawler belt locking mechanism is convenient to disassemble so as to meet the turning requirement of the tower crane. The sensor set is arranged to confirm the working condition of the crawler belt, and the automatic deviation rectifying function is achieved when the crawler belt walks linearly.

    本发明公开了一种用于控制塔机行走的液压系统,包括塔机;所述塔机上安装有用于锁死塔机履带组行驶方向的履带锁定机构,履带锁定机构包括底架,底架的下部设有连接履带组的支腿,每条支腿通过前后固定架和左右固定架与履带组连接;相邻的两组支腿之间通过桁架进行固定。本发明还公开了上述用于控制塔机行走的液压系统的纠偏方法,该方法使用传感器对塔机的行走路径进行监测,当发生偏移时进行自动纠正。本发明通过在塔机上安装置可拆卸的履带锁定机构,大大降低了单组或多组履带跑偏带来的纠偏难度;同时整个履带锁定机构便于拆卸,以满足塔机的转弯。本发明设置传感器组,以确认履带的工况,实现履带直线行走时自动纠偏的功能。
