The invention relates to a machine-room-less elevator transformation method and a machine-room-less elevator. The transformation method for the elevator without the machine room comprises the following steps that a lifting frame on the top of a shaft is dismounted; support assemblies are mounted at the tops of the lift car guide rails and the counterweight guide rails; a traction machine, a top hanging wheel and an upper pulling wheel are installed on the support assembly. One end of a traction rope is connected with the lift car guide rail, the traction rope is sequentially and rotationally connected to the lift car, the hanging wheel, a traction wheel on the upper pull wheel traction machine and the counterweight, and the other end of the traction rope is connected with the counterweight guide rail. In the transformation process, due to the fact that the traction machine is not arranged at the bottom of the hoistway any more, the difficult problem that the traction machine located in a pit is prone to being soaked in water and damaged before transformation can be solved, all rope wheels except the lift car diversion sheave and the counterweight diversion sheave are arranged at the top of the hoistway, the failure rate of an elevator can be reduced, and the service life of the elevator can be prolonged. The winding of the hoisting rope is simpler, the rope does not need to penetrate through the whole hoistway for multiple times to be wound, and the overall use length of the hoisting rope is reduced.

    本申请涉及一种无机房电梯改造方法和无机房电梯。所述无机房电梯改造方法包括以下步骤:拆除井道顶部吊架;在轿厢导轨和对重导轨的顶部安装支架组件;在支架组件上安装曳引机、顶部吊挂轮和上拉轮;将曳引绳一端与轿厢导轨连接,并将曳引绳依次转动连接于轿厢、吊挂轮、上拉轮曳引机上的曳引轮及对重,另一端与对重导轨连接。在改造过程中,由于曳引机不再设置于井道底部,因此能够解决改造前位于底坑的曳引机容易泡水损坏的棘手问题,轿厢反绳轮及对重反绳轮以外的所有绳轮均设置在井道顶部,从而可降低电梯的故障率,提高电梯的使用寿命。曳引绳的绕设更简单,无需多次贯穿整个井道地绕绳,减少曳引绳的整体使用长度。
