The invention belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and relates to a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle arm mounting and positioning clamp which comprises a support and a pressing assembly arranged on the support. The multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle arms are arranged on the bracket for mounting and positioning; the pressing assembly comprises a first pressing block, a second pressing block and a pressing connecting piece. The second pressing block comprises a bottom wall and two side walls vertically arranged on the bottom wall, the multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle arm is arranged on the bottom wall and between the two side walls, and the height of the multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle arm is larger than that of the side walls; the middle of the first pressing block abuts against the top of the multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle arm, and the two ends of the first pressing block are arranged at the tops of the two side walls at intervals. The pressing connecting piece is connected with the first pressing block and the second pressing block so that the distance between the bottom of the first pressing block and the bottom wall can be kept constant. According to the invention, the consistency and identity of the arms can be ensured.
