The steering motor, the first-stage driven gear shaft, the second-stage driven gear shaft and the steering knuckle are arranged on the connecting fork arm, the size of a rotating mechanism is greatly reduced, large-angle steering is achieved, the steering motor and the steering knuckle are in meshing transmission through the first-stage driven gear shaft, the second-stage driven gear shaft and corresponding gears, and the steering efficiency is improved. 本发明涉及一种大角度低地板转向机构,包括连接叉臂、转向电机、一级从动齿轮轴、二级从动齿轮轴和转向节,连接叉臂的一端为板片状,另一端为开口朝向轮胎的U形框架,转向电机固定在连接叉臂上,转向电机的输出轴与一级从动齿轮轴通过齿轮啮合传动,一级从动齿轮轴、二级从动齿轮轴和转向节分别转动设置在U形框架内,且依次通过齿轮啮合传动。本发明在连接叉臂上布置了转向电机、一级从动齿轮轴、二级从动齿轮轴以及转向节,大大缩小了转动机构的尺寸,实现了大角度转向,并且转向电机与转向节之间通过一级从动齿轮轴、二级从动齿轮轴以及相应的齿轮啮合传动,保证了转向机构的灵活。
