The invention provides an electro-hydraulic composite large-angle steering mechanism, and relates to the technical field of vehicle chassis, the electro-hydraulic composite large-angle steering mechanism comprises an electric steering gear, two groups of double-wishbone suspensions, a steering knuckle and wheels, the inner sides of the two groups of double-wishbone suspensions are fixed on a vehicle body, the steering knuckle is rotatably arranged on the outer sides of the double-wishbone suspensions, and the wheels are arranged on the steering knuckle. And output ends on two sides of the electric steering gear are respectively hinged with bases of the two groups of expansion pieces, and the output ends of the two groups of expansion pieces are respectively hinged with the two steering cleats. The electric steering gear is used for a wheel Ackerman steering mode, and the double-acting hydraulic cylinder is used for a transverse driving and pivot steering mode; a steering pull rod of a common steering structure is changed into the double-acting hydraulic cylinder, the wheels can rotate by 90 degrees, and therefore the flexibility of a vehicle is improved, and the requirement of the vehicle for the driving space is reduced. The large-angle steering requirement of the vehicle is met, and meanwhile the mechanical coupling advantage of a traditional steering structure is reserved.

    本发明提供一种电液复合的大角度转向机构,涉及车辆底盘技术领域,包括电动转向器、两组双叉臂悬架、转向羊角、车轮,两组双叉臂悬架的内侧固定在车体上,所述转向羊角转动设置在双叉臂悬架的外侧,车轮设置在转向羊角上,还包括两组伸缩器,电动转向器的两侧输出端分别铰接两组伸缩器的底座,两组伸缩器的输出端分别与两个转向羊角铰接。电动转向器用于车轮阿克曼转向模式,双作用液压缸用于横向行驶及原地转向模式;本发明通过将一般转向结构的转向拉杆改为双作用液压缸,使车轮可以实现90度转动,从而提升车辆的灵活性,减小了车辆对行驶空间的需求。本发明在满足车辆大角度转向的需求同时,保留了传统转向结构机械耦合的优点。
