Water channels are arranged in the inner stator and the outer stator, coils are arranged on the two sides of the supporting reinforcing ribs, four-salient-pole rotors are arranged on the outer sides of the coils, the coils, the four-salient-pole rotors and the connecting shaft are concentric and coaxial, a double-stator four-salient-pole structure is adopted, water channels are arranged in the stators corresponding to the four salient-pole rotors, and a double-coil structure is adopted. The excitation efficiency is high, the brake torque of the retarder in unit volume is improved, manufacturing and assembling are easy, stepless adjustment of the brake torque is easy to achieve, and intelligent control and cruise control are easy to achieve due to the fact that a CAN bus is adopted to be connected with a vehicle control unit.

    本文提出了一种车用四凸极双线圈涡流制动装置,制动装置的连接轴外侧设有双定子,其特征在于,所述的双定子包括内定子和外定子,所述的内定子和外定子之间设有四凸极转子,内定子和外定子之间中部设有支撑加强筋,内定子和外定子内部均设有水道,所述的支撑加强筋两侧均设有线圈,所述的线圈外侧设有四凸极转子,线圈、四凸极转子和连接轴均为同心同轴,采用双定子四凸极结构,四个凸极转子对应的定子内部均设置有水道,并且采用双线圈结构,励磁效率较高,提高了缓速器单位体积的制动扭矩,易于制造和装配,且易于实现制动力矩的无极调节,采用CAN总线与整车控制器连接,易于实现智能化控制和巡航控制。
