The invention discloses a tread pattern noise prediction and optimization method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining each single-pitch image of a tread pattern, describing the pattern distribution condition of the single-pitch image through a pixel value, and obtaining a pixel matrix of the single-pitch image; based on the weighting matrix, weighting a pixel matrix of the single-pitch image to obtain a pixel weighting matrix of the single-pitch image, and further obtaining a pixel weighting matrix in the circumferential direction of the tire; on the basis of the pixel weighting matrix in the circumferential direction of the tire, obtaining a predicted noise period signal when the tire rotates by one circle; and performing Fourier series decomposition on the predicted noise periodic signal, calculating a root-mean-square value, and obtaining the predicted tread pattern noise. According to the method, based on the tire pattern image, the size and shape of pattern design are fully considered, influence differences of pattern grooves in different transverse and longitudinal positions are considered, accurate prediction of the tire pattern noise is achieved, and the tire pattern is optimized according to the predicted tire pattern noise.
本发明公开了一种轮胎花纹噪声的预测及优化方法及系统,该方法包括:获取轮胎花纹的每一单节距图像,利用像素值描述单节距图像的花纹分布情况,得到单节距图像的像素矩阵;基于计权矩阵,对单节距图像的像素矩阵进行计权,得到单节距图像的像素计权矩阵,进而得到轮胎周向的像素计权矩阵;基于轮胎周向的像素计权矩阵,获取轮胎旋转一周的预测噪声周期信号;对预测噪声周期信号进行傅里叶级数分解,计算均方根值,获取预测的轮胎花纹噪声。本发明基于轮胎花纹图像,充分考虑花纹设计的尺寸形状,考虑花纹沟在横向和纵向不同位置的影响差异,实现对轮胎花纹噪声的精准预测,并根据预测的轮胎花纹噪声,优化轮胎花纹。
