The invention mainly provides a tread pattern noise reduction structure, which is characterized in that a plurality of main grooves are arranged on a tread surrounding the circumferential direction of a tire in an extending manner, a plurality of transverse grooves extend along the axial direction of the tire, the tread is divided into a plurality of pattern blocks by the main grooves and the transverse grooves, and the main grooves can be parallel to the circumferential direction of the tire or arranged in an oblique line shape forming a set included angle with the circumferential direction of the tire; the transverse grooves are also arranged in an oblique line shape with a set included angle, are connected with the adjacent main grooves and are matched with the clock-shaped grooves, and tire shoulder decorative grooves are formed in the tire shoulders on the two sides of the tread, the transverse grooves, the main grooves and the pattern blocks between the tire shoulders on the two sides; therefore, the pattern blocks formed by cutting the main grooves and the transverse grooves with different oblique line angles are utilized to ensure that the tire still has enough driving force in the later period of use, the control performance of the tire is improved, the appearance is prevented from being abnormal in the later period of abrasion, and the pattern blocks generate a mutual traction effect when being extruded, so that the service life of the tire is prolonged. The driving force and the pattern block rigidity are improved, and the noise problem is solved.

    本发明主要提供一种轮胎花纹降低噪音结构,在环绕于轮胎周向的胎面延伸设置若干个主沟,沿轮胎轴向延伸若干个横沟,该主沟与该横沟将该胎面划分为若干花纹块,各主沟可与轮胎周向平行,或与轮胎周向呈设定夹角的斜线状排列,各横沟则也以设定夹角的斜线状排列并连接各邻接的主沟,并搭配钟状凹槽,而于胎面两侧胎肩,横沟、主沟及至该两侧胎肩之间的花纹块上则设置有一胎肩装饰沟;借此,利用各主沟与各具不同斜线角度的横沟所切割而成的花纹块,确保轮胎在使用后期仍保有足够的驱动力,改善轮胎操控性能及防止磨耗后期外观出现异常,并使花纹块在受到挤压时产生互相牵引的作用,提升驱动力与花纹块刚性等性能,改善噪音问题。
