The invention discloses a noise reduction tire which comprises a tire body, and a noise reduction structure is arranged on the tire body; the noise reduction structure comprises a plurality of foaming blocks made of foaming materials, each foaming block is pasted in an inner cavity of the tire through an adhesive, one end of each foaming block is a smooth face convenient to attach, the other end of each foaming block is a smooth transition arc-shaped face, and the attaching position of each foaming block corresponds to a forming connecting line of the surface of the tire. The invention provides the tire which aims at reducing cavity noise generated in the using process of the tire. By reasonably arranging the sound-absorbing material, sticking the specific noise-absorbing material in the inner cavity of the tire and covering the joint of the mold assembly blocks, the impact caused by tire distortion at the joint is buffered, and the resonance phenomenon when sound waves are conducted in the cavity of the tire is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种降噪轮胎,包括轮胎本体,所述轮胎本体上设有降噪结构;所述降噪结构包括多个由发泡材料制成的发泡块,每个发泡块通过粘合剂黏贴在轮胎内腔中,所述发泡块一端为便于贴合的平顺面,一端为圆滑过渡弧形面,所述发泡块贴合的位置与轮胎表面成型连接线相对应,本发明提供一种旨在降低轮胎在使用过程产生的空腔噪音的轮胎。通过合理布局吸音材料的布局并将特定的吸噪材料黏贴在轮胎内腔中,并且覆盖在模具组装块相接位置处,从而达到缓冲因轮胎失真在此处造成的冲击,并且降低声波在轮胎腔体内传导时的共振现象。
