The compact-layout spherical unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, a spherical shell and a rotation eliminating frame, the rotation eliminating frame comprises an annular frame and a bent connecting rod, the annular frame is provided with a first connecting site, a second connecting site, a third connecting site and a fourth connecting site, the connecting line of the first connecting site and the second connecting site is a first connecting line, and the connecting line of the third connecting site and the fourth connecting site is a second connecting line. A connecting line of the third connecting site and the fourth connecting site is a second connecting line, and the first connecting line and the second connecting line are perpendicular to each other; the annular frames at the first connecting site and the second connecting site are rotationally connected with the top center and the bottom center of the spherical shell through first rolling bearings correspondingly, the two ends of the bent connecting rod are rotationally connected with the annular frames at the third connecting site and the fourth connecting site through second rolling bearings correspondingly, and the axis of the first rolling bearings passes through a first connecting line; the axis of the second rolling bearing passes through the second connecting line; the top of the unmanned aerial vehicle body is rotationally connected with the middle of the bent connecting rod through a third rolling bearing. Multiple rotors are arranged at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle body.
