A hybrid power vehicle type thermal management system integrating multiple operation modes is characterized in that a motor outlet water temperature sensor is mounted on a pipeline of a motor cooling water outlet of a motor heat dissipation system, and a motor cooling outlet pipe is divided into two paths to dissipate heat of a motor; a pipeline at a battery cooling outlet end of the battery cooling system passes through a water pump and then is divided into three paths by a four-way three-way valve, and the three paths are respectively connected with a liquid-liquid heat exchanger, a proportional three-way valve and a battery cooler and are used for heating and cooling a battery; an engine cooling liquid outlet is connected with an engine water pump and is divided into two parts behind the water pump, and one part is connected with a three-way valve to recycle engine waste heat for battery preheating and cab heating; and the other path is connected with the high-temperature radiator, so that heat in the cooling liquid exchanges heat with air. The problems that existing hybrid electric vehicle thermal management systems are mutually independent, energy consumption of whole vehicle thermal management is high, and the assembly process is complex are solved, and cost reduction, energy conservation and space arrangement optimization of the whole vehicle are achieved.

    一种集成多运行模式的混动车型热管理系统,电机散热系统的电机冷却水出口的管路上装有电机出水温度传感器,电机冷却出口管分为两路,给电机散热;电池散热系统的电池冷却出口端的管路通过水泵后经四通三向阀分为三路,分别与液液换热器,比例三通阀和电池冷却器相连,用于对电池加热和降温;发动机冷却液出口与发动机水泵相连接,出水泵后一分为二,一路连接三通阀进行发动机余热回收供电池预热和驾驶室采暖使用;另一路与高温散热器相连接,将冷却液中的热量与空气进行换热。本发明解决了目前混合动力汽车热管理系统相互独立、整车热管理能耗高、装配工艺复杂等问题,实现整车降成本、节能和空间布置优化。
