The invention relates to a quick charging system for an electrically driven vehicle, in particular an electric bus or the like, and to a method for producing an electrically conductive connection between a vehicle and a stationary charging station, comprising a contact device, a charging contact device (10) and a positioning device, wherein: the contact device or the charging contact device can be arranged on the vehicle; the charging contact device can be electrically contacted by the contact device at the contact position; the contact device can be positioned in a longitudinal direction and/or a transverse direction relative to the charging contact device and is brought into a contact position by means of a positioning device; the charging contact device has a charging contact element carrier (12) with a charging contact element (13); the charging contact element carrier is designed as a longitudinal guide rail which can be arranged in the direction of travel of the vehicle; each charging contact element forms a band-type charging contact surface; the contact device has a contact element carrier with a contact element; each contact element forms a contact surface designed to be smaller than the charging contact surface; each contact element can be in electrical contact with the charging contact element in a contact position to form a contact pair; the charging contact device comprises a heating unit (35), by means of which the temperature of the charging contact element can be controlled.
